After suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 27 it became a mission of mine to find out the root cause of my illness and to improve my health as much as I could. Initially I tried many different avenues that only gave short term relief or that didn't work at all.
At the same time, working as a nanny, I began to see strong correlations between what children were eating and drinking and the behaviour they exhibited. I also witnessed, many times over, children with sleeping difficulties, potty training issues, skin problems, irrational lengthy tantrums and so on. I felt certain that there had to be a solution to all of these issues as well as my own, so I decided to move to Australia to study Nutritional Medicine for 3 years.
This journey turned my health around and confirmed my theories that certain foods, which we are led to believe are healthy, may actually be causing health issues for some people.
Everyone is unique and what is good for me may not be for you.
In our sessions, we work together and you will get an individualised plan to follow. In addition to focusing on your diet and lifestyle, I also look into environmental factors that may be impacting your health, mood, and in children, their behaviour and development.
I ran my own clinic in Hong Kong and now starting up in Windsor England.
